Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship with respect to your woven vinyl floor covering purchased from Wonder-Weave, LLC. The warranty lasts for five (5) years from the date of purchase.  Wonder-Weave will first attempt to repair or replace your product. If it is determined that repair or replacement is not possible, Wonder-Weave will issue a merchandise credit in an amount equal to the price originally paid for the product.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance or use, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or an act of God. Examples of some things that would not be covered by this warranty include: defects or damage from burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs; indentation damage from rolling loads or improperly castered carts; damage or discoloration from adhesive or floor care products; surface stains, including those resulting from asphalt, driveway sealer and rubber wheels; difference in color between samples or photographs and the actual flooring; or defects caused by installation of the product over gypsum based patching and leveling compounds.

Your claim under this warranty must include proof of the date you purchased the product, as well as brief description of the problem, accompanied by a sample of the defective or nonconforming portion of the product, sent to the address shown above, postage prepaid. You must make a claim for warranty coverage within thirty (30) days of your discovery of a nonconformity or defect.

When your claim of warranty coverage is received, we will review your claim and respond to you within 5 business days. There is no charge for the inspection of your claim. If we repair or replace your product, you are responsible for the cost of installing the repaired or replacement product.

This warranty only extends to the orginal purchaser of the woven vinyl flooring.
